Introduction

On behalf of our client, an esteemed and rapidly growing Spitex organisation with a friendly corporate culture and an innovative care model for family carers, we are seeking to strengthen the team with an experienced, communicative and service-oriented individual for the demanding client care role.

Type of Work

In this versatile and responsible position, you are the central contact person for clients and their relatives regarding complex concerns and individual queries. You advise and support clients around the offered Spitex services and develop customer-oriented solutions together with the involved parties. You maintain close communication with nursing professionals, internal departments and external contacts, ensuring professional and reliable communication. Furthermore, you identify optimisation potentials and contribute to the further development of internal processes and quality standards. With your strong service understanding, you make an important contribution to client satisfaction and care quality.

Requirements Profile

To be successful in this exciting role, you have completed commercial, nursing or comparable training, ideally supplemented by further education in customer service, communication or quality management. In addition, you bring several years of professional experience in demanding client care or a comparable function. Experience in healthcare, especially in the Spitex sector, is an advantage but not a prerequisite.
You enjoy working with people, have strong empathy and know how to act confidently and solution-oriented even in demanding situations. An independent, structured working style, high resilience and confident German language skills complete your profile.
