For the establishment of our new sampling group, we are seeking committed individuals who wish to make an important contribution to ensuring product quality and GMP compliance.

Our sampling group plays a central role in monitoring cleanrooms, production areas, and water systems. Through close cooperation with production, quality control, and other specialist departments, you will gain comprehensive insight into GMP processes and actively contribute to the quality of our products.

We are deliberately looking for both experienced GMP professionals and motivated newcomers. We are convinced that a strong team benefits from diverse experiences and promotes mutual learning.

Your tasks

• Conducting microbiological monitoring measures of cleanroom air (active air sampling and sedimentation plates)
• Performing surface monitoring using contact plates
• Carrying out particle measurements in cleanrooms of production areas
• GMP-compliant documentation of all sampling
• Documentation according to applicable GMP requirements
• Performing selected analytical activities
• Supporting the evaluation and trend assessment of monitoring results
• Assisting in investigations of deviations and OOS/OOT events within the scope of duties
• Creating and maintaining sampling protocols
• Labelling and provision of materials
• Ensuring availability and provision of consumables and equipment
• Supporting material management and logistics
• Assisting with general laboratory and operational tasks

Your profile

• Completed training in a scientific, pharmaceutical, biological or comparable field
• Experience in a GMP-regulated environment is advantageous, ideally in production, microbiology, quality control or environmental monitoring
• Alternatively, we offer motivated career starters with a strong willingness to learn the opportunity to familiarise themselves with this versatile role

• Careful and structured working style with a high quality standard
• High resilience and flexibility in a dynamic production environment
• Good communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with various interfaces
• Proactive hands-on mentality and willingness to independently tackle challenges
• Team spirit and motivation to contribute to building new structures and processes
• Good German language skills in spoken and written form; English skills are an advantage
