Within the Integrated Risk Expertise division, we offer you a position as
Main tasks
- Conducting on-site inspections in the field of suitability and LSFin
- Developing and implementing targeted supervisory measures
- Advising and supporting supervisory teams on suitability issues
- Identifying risks and weaknesses within supervised institutions
- Analysing regulatory developments and market trends
- Participating in regulatory and supervisory projects
- Collaborating on work and assessments at national and international levels
Required profile
- Master's degree in law or economics, ideally supplemented by relevant continuing education in compliance, risk management, audit or financial markets
- 4 to 7 years of relevant professional experience in the financial sector, particularly in compliance, audit, legal advice, risk management or prudential supervision, or in investment advice and/or wealth management
- Strong knowledge of LSFin (FIDLEG) and good understanding of suitability and investor protection requirements
- Excellent analytical and synthesis skills as well as a pragmatic and independent approach
- Ease in collaborating with different stakeholders
- French (C2 or native language), German (minimum B2) and English (minimum C1)
