You don’t just want to monitor occupational safety, but actively help shape it?

In this role, you support our managers and employees in effectively implementing safety and health protection in everyday work. You will be right in the thick of things – on construction sites, depots and production facilities.

Your scope for shaping

• You advise and support managers and employees on all questions relating to occupational safety and health protection
• You plan and conduct safety inspections, workplace checks and audits and consistently follow up on agreed measures
• In the event of an immediate hazard, you act decisively and stop work if necessary
• You identify risks and safety deficiencies, initiate appropriate measures and check their effectiveness
• You design and lead practical instructions and safety training
• You prepare the risk-based ASGS annual plan including budget
• You support hazard assessments, risk analyses and safety concepts
• You accompany safety and prevention campaigns and take on your own projects or sub-projects
• You investigate accidents and near misses in a structured manner, analyse causes and develop effective prevention measures

What scores with you

• Further training in occupational safety and health protection, for example as an ASGS specialist with a federal certificate, EKAS safety specialist or with a comparable qualification
• Professional experience in a similar role, ideally in the construction or craft environment
• Sound knowledge of legal and normative requirements as well as the ASA system
• Experience with hazard assessments, risk analyses, audits and incident investigations
• Confident handling of digital documentation and reporting systems
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
• Credible appearance, target group-appropriate communication and healthy assertiveness
• Enjoyment in motivating people towards safe behaviour and helping to shape a learning safety culture
• Driving licence category B
