With your expertise, you ensure that our production always runs efficiently and smoothly – from determining personnel requirements to personnel deployment planning. Your tasks

• Determining personnel requirements and creating personnel deployment plans for the assigned area
• Ensuring demand-oriented and efficient staffing
• Handling short-term adjustments for additional orders, absences, and other changes
• Processing employee requests and creating holiday plans
• Continuous development of existing systems and tools
• Close cooperation with upstream and downstream process points

Your profile

• Completed commercial or technical training; further relevant education is an advantage
• Professional experience in personnel planning, preferably in the food industry
• Organisational talent and a good understanding of planning contexts
• Enjoy working with various internal and external contacts
• Very good PC user skills
• Fluent German skills in spoken and written form
