Administration Employee (m/f/d) 80-100% at the Zurich location
Your tasks:
- You keep the back office running: organise the office, take care of procurement, are the first point of contact at reception and on the phone, manage the general email addresses and control incoming and outgoing mail.
- You enthusiastically take on administrative tasks in projects and events, keeping all threads in hand for a smooth process.
- You support our teams in daily work with travel bookings, organising meeting rooms and maintaining our customer database.
- You coordinate appointments and meetings for management, take minutes, prepare results in a structured manner and create appealing presentations (PowerPoint).
- You supervise our commercial apprentices in their first year of training in practical education and bring experience in mentoring apprentices or in a comparable training/coaching role.
Your profile:
- You have completed commercial training and have experience in a comparable administrative role.
- You work independently, structured and proactively, grasp new topics quickly, keep an overview even under high workload and handle sensitive information reliably and confidentially. Your communication is clear, empathetic and service-oriented.
- You are proficient with MS Office, especially Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel.
- You have experience with CRM systems and ideally use AI tools such as Copilot.
- You speak German at native level and have good French and English skills.
- You identify with the goals of climate protection and want to actively contribute.
