About the job
Our institution has developed over time into a modern center for special education, which covers today's needs in the special and social education sector with a diverse range of services. Around 240 people work in the areas of special school, boarding school, therapy, integrative special education measures, services, and administration.
In the area of day special school, we run an individual offer on behalf of the public school office for six students of all ages in the Olten area.
For our small class Schulinsel Fuxbau (individual offer) in Ifenthal, we are looking for a
Deputy as Teacher/Special Education Teacher for Individual Offer, 50-60%, from August 1, 2026, to July 31, 2027
Actively shape...
- Teaching & Support: You accompany and support children and young people in an individual setting (mostly 1:1). You design a structured, support-oriented daily routine in the school building and during outdoor activities.
- Case Management & Support Planning: You develop and review individual support goals and work closely with colleagues.
- Teamwork: You enrich our team with your skills to promote the students' self and social competence and create an action-oriented learning environment.
- Nature & Experiential Education: Together with the team, you develop meaningful connections between nature and experiential education and the school content.
