Security Operations Engineer with Focus on Microsoft Solutions (a) 80 - 100%

As a cloud provider, Axians Somnitec operates mission-critical environments on its own state-of-the-art HCI platform - combined with Microsoft Public Cloud IaaS, PaaS and SaaS services. We take care of the operation of customer environments in the area of security at the highest level and are looking for an enthusiastic person for the role of Security Operations Engineer.

In your role as Security Operations Engineer, you implement and operate our Managed Security Service and continuously develop it further. In addition, you analyse cyber threats and implement exciting projects in this area.

• Practical experience in a SOC or IT security team
• At least 2 years of experience in the Microsoft Cloud environment (M365 and Azure) is an advantage
• Knowledge of security concepts and security systems
• Experience in networking and operation of Microsoft security solutions is an advantage
• Motivated to continuously further your education in the field of IT security
• German at least C1, English at least B2
