The IT Integration & Security team acts as a central interface for the secure networking of the corporate landscape, combining technical integration with optimal protection. We ensure seamless system integration, manage identities and access rights, and proactively protect the IT infrastructure from threats. Our goal is stable, compliance-compliant, and trustworthy business processes.
As an IT Identity Engineer, you are the architect and guardian of our digital identities. Your main focus is on orchestrating and intelligently automating the entire identity lifecycle (Joiner-Mover-Leaver).
You ensure that every user has the right access to the right resources at the right time – automated, secure, and user-friendly.

IT Identity Engineer (a)*
Your tasks
- Okta & Access Management: You maintain and further develop our central Okta authentication services, define policies, and drive initiatives such as FIDO2 and WebAuthn.
- JML process automation: You design and optimise end-to-end Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes in the user lifecycle to consistently eliminate manual steps.
- Identity Governance & Administration (IGA): You technically integrate systems with our IGA platform (Omada Identity) and establish automated access reviews and recertifications.
- Directory Services: You ensure the data quality of our digital identities in all directory services.
- Interfaces & Compliance: In close collaboration with IT architecture and security, you minimise identity-based risks and ensure compliance requirements are met.
Your profile
- Technical focus: Practical experience with an enterprise IDaaS solution (ideally Okta or willingness to specialise in it).
- Protocols & standards: Confident handling of SAML 2.0, OIDC, and OAuth 2.0.
- Automation & scripting: Solid knowledge in scripting (e.g. PowerShell, JavaScript) and API integrations for process automation.
- Infrastructure: Clear understanding of directory services such as Active Directory, Okta, Google Directory, or Entra ID.
- Personality: Structured working style, discretion, and diplomatic skills at the interface between security and user experience.
- Languages: German (at least C1) and English (at least B1, fluent spoken).
Recruiting process

- After reviewing your documents, there will be a telephone call for initial clarifications and appointment scheduling.
- Then follows a video call with Urs Marti, our Team Lead IT Integration & Security/Lead Engineer IT Security, for a first technical interview (duration approx. 45 to 60 minutes).
- Next, you will get to know us on site.
- And then, ideally, the contract offer will follow.
