Specialist for our ICT Services (60–80 %)

This excites you 

• You are the first point of contact for ICT questions and support our staff and young people in first- and second-level support
• You install, configure, and maintain PCs, notebooks, printers, tablets, and mobile phones
• You manage our Microsoft environment with Active Directory, user administration, cloud, and server systems
• You ensure that network, Wi-Fi, backup, and ICT security function reliably
• You plan and implement exciting ICT projects, migrations, and rollouts
• You assist in managing our website as well as our social media channels
• You accompany our ICT apprentices and support young people in their transition to the professional world through work pedagogy

You bring with you 

• Completed training as an ICT specialist EFZ or computer scientist EFZ
• Several years of experience in support, system administration, and network operation
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows Server/Client, Active Directory, Intune, and Microsoft Azure
• Experience in cloud, virtualisation, backup, and IT security
• Trainer course or willingness to complete it
• Enjoy working with young people as well as patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
• Independent, reliable, and solution-oriented working style combined with team spirit and discretion
