Role:
We are looking for a versatile IT professional for the operation of internal infrastructure and platforms. The position combines system administration, 1st and 2nd level support as well as tasks in the area of cyber security and managed services.
Responsibilities:
Operation and support of internal IT infrastructure and platforms
Administration of Microsoft 365, Atlassian and basic infrastructure components
Ensuring reliable 1st and 2nd level support
Support in the operation and further development of the internal IT environment
Collaboration in the Cyber Security Centre in the area of managed services
Maintenance and further development of processes and technical documentation
Ensuring structured and comprehensible documentation
Qualifications:
Completed IT vocational training, for example IT specialist EFZ or WMS-I
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Atlassian and basic IT infrastructure
Knowledge of operating systems, Active Directory, DHCP, DNS and email systems
Professional experience in IT support and IT operations
Experience or knowledge in the field of cyber security
Independent, reliable and discreet working style
Team-oriented and trustworthy personality
Languages
Good German skills in spoken and written form
English skills in spoken and written form
