ICT System Engineer (m/f/d)
Role:
For a technically versatile environment, an experienced individual is sought as IT System Engineer. In this position, you take responsibility for planning, implementing, and further developing modern IT infrastructures for various clients.
Besides engineering tasks, you can expect a varied combination of project work, system administration, support, and direct customer contact. You can apply your knowledge of Microsoft technologies, networks, and automation purposefully.
Responsibilities:
Planning and implementation of IT infrastructure projects including technical project management
Administration, maintenance, and documentation of customer environments
Introduction and integration of new technologies into existing IT infrastructures
Analysis and resolution of technical faults within 2nd level support
Automation and optimisation of recurring IT processes
Support and maintenance of customer relationships
Qualifications:
Completed training in computer science with a focus on system technology or platform development, or comparable further education
Very good knowledge of Microsoft server and client environments
Solid experience with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra
Good knowledge of network technology as well as strong analytical skills
Independent, solution-oriented working style and quick comprehension
Enjoyment of customer contact, driving licence category B, and good English skills
