Microsoft Systems Engineer (m/f/d)
Role:
You are looking for a new challenge as an ICT System Engineer and already have experience in this field. In this role, you take responsibility for the planning, implementation, and maintenance of ICT systems. You are responsible for ensuring system stability and security and work closely with other teams to find solutions to complex problems. Your professional experience level and skills in system administration will be required in this position. You are ready to contribute your skills and take on new challenges.
Responsibilities:
You manage the central system landscape with Windows Server, Entra ID, Active Directory, and virtualised workstations.
You further develop the Microsoft 365 environment and ensure secure identities, access, and binding protection requirements.
You automate recurring processes and optimise the availability and stability of business-critical IT services.
You manage incidents, root cause analyses, and changes according to established IT service processes.
You coordinate technical alignments, document solution paths, and ensure reliable knowledge transfer.
Qualifications:
Completed IT training at EFZ, HF, or FH level with several years of experience operating complex Microsoft systems.
In-depth knowledge of server administration, directory services, Citrix technologies, and virtual infrastructures.
Experience with cloud services, permission models, and implementation of technical security measures in the Microsoft environment.
Ability to simplify administrative tasks through scripting and systematically improve operational processes.
Very good German and technical English; clear communication, high initiative, and careful work even in demanding situations.
