IT Operations Engineer - Cloud, Network & Automation (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Ensuring stable operation and support of IT systems in cloud and on-premises environments
Technical responsibility for Windows servers, Azure workloads and Office 365 services
Monitoring, fault analysis and continuous improvement of the IT infrastructure
Automation and standardisation of recurring tasks using PowerShell or comparable tools
Participation in the development of modern network solutions focusing on performance, security and scalability
Support in projects related to cloud migration, modern workplace and IT security
Documentation of technical processes and knowledge building in monitoring & incident response
Close collaboration with internal specialists to further develop the operational landscape
Qualifications:
Training in the IT field or many years of professional experience in a comparable role
Solid knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Azure, M365, Windows Server)
Experience in network and system management (VPN, firewalls, SD-WAN, DNS, Active Directory)
Routine in using automation tools and scripting languages (e.g. PowerShell, Bash, Python)
Enthusiasm for cloud computing, security and digital transformation
Analytical thinking, initiative and enjoyment of complex IT environments
Communicative, service-oriented personality with technical standards
