Working Student Credit & Collection 60% (m/f/d)
Would you like to gain practical experience in accounts receivable and at the same time understand how successful customer relationships and sales success are created? Then you are exactly right with us. As a working student in our Credit & Collection team, you will gain exciting insights into receivables management and work closely with customers, sales, and other internal interfaces. In doing so, you will not only further develop your finance know-how but also build valuable business understanding.
Your Tasks
As part of our team, you will help ensure timely payment receipt while maintaining strong customer relationships:
- Support in dunning and receivables management
- Telephone and written contact with customers to clarify outstanding receivables
- Collaboration with various internal stakeholders, especially sales
- Support with credit checks and the assessment of credit risks
- Administrative and analytical tasks within the Credit & Collection team
Your Profile
- Ongoing or completed bachelor’s degree (from 3rd semester) in business administration, accounting, finance, or a comparable course of study
- Strong communication and coordination skills, as well as a great service mindset
- Strong analytical skills and affinity for numbers
- Very good German and French skills, Italian an advantage
- Professional experience in customer-facing positions is an advantage
