Your tasks

• Social pedagogical care and support of young people in everyday group life
• Support on the path to an independent life, in the school sector, in the search for apprenticeships and in everyday life
• Key worker duties for 1–3 young people including individual social pedagogical support
• Administrative and organisational tasks within the framework of key worker duties
• Planning and implementation of leisure activities
• Collaboration in internal team departments

Your profile

• Diploma in social or childhood pedagogy HF/FH or equivalent training and a diploma recognised in Switzerland
• Ideally experience in residential child and youth welfare
• High resilience, ability to work in a team and enjoyment of active participation
• Strong relationship skills, ability to reflect and professional handling of closeness and distance
• Willingness to work irregular hours (evening shifts, night and weekend on-call duty)
• Confident written expression, experience in reporting and good IT user skills
• Driving licence category B
