Type of Work

In this exciting and future-oriented position, you will support organisations in the introduction and further development of modern digitalisation and AI solutions. Together with departments and decision-makers, you identify potential for process optimisation, develop practical solution approaches, and accompany the successful implementation of innovative technologies. The focus is particularly on Microsoft 365 Copilot, artificial intelligence, process automation, and digital collaboration.

Your tasks include analysing existing business processes, developing digitalisation and AI use cases, and supporting projects from the idea stage to implementation. You advise customers and internal stakeholders on the possibilities of modern AI technologies and assist in developing sustainable concepts with measurable added value. Additionally, you help to enthuse users about new technologies and promote their successful use in everyday work.

Another focus of your activity is ensuring the responsible use of AI solutions, taking into account data protection, information security, and regulatory requirements. You work closely with various departments and technical specialists, laying the foundation for a successful digital transformation.

Requirements Profile

For this position, you bring initial to several years of experience in digitalisation, process optimisation, Microsoft 365, or artificial intelligence. Ideally, you have already participated in digitalisation, automation, or AI projects and have a good understanding of modern cloud and collaboration solutions.

You are characterised by analytical thinking, a structured way of working, and a strong interest in new technologies. Communication skills, customer orientation, and the ability to convey complex topics clearly complete your profile. Native-level German, English skills are an advantage.
