About the job

In this varied and demanding role, you will strengthen our customer service team and take on responsibility for the deployment planning of our service technicians, among other tasks.

Your tasks:

You arrange appointments with customers for fault repairs, maintenance, installations,
commissioning and inspections

You plan and coordinate deployments to ensure timely completion of maintenance contracts

You handle customer complaints

You operate the telephone switchboard

You process service orders and contracts in our ERP system

Your profile:

You have a commercial education

Ideally, you have professional experience in dispatching

You are familiar with common Microsoft Office applications,
Microsoft Dynamics NAV is an advantage

You appreciate intensive telephone customer contact and bring a high
service orientation

You are a service-oriented personality with pleasant manners

You are resilient, flexible and a reliable team player
