Microsoft AI Engineer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:
Development and implementation of Generative AI solutions based on the Microsoft ecosystem for various business use cases
Building intelligent Copilots and AI Agents with Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Foundry
Implementation of automated business processes with Power Apps and Power Automate as well as integration of external systems via APIs
Technical support of the Microsoft 365 and Azure environment focusing on reliable operation, governance and scalability
Identification of new AI and cloud use cases, advising internal stakeholders and transferring suitable solutions into productive use
Qualifications:
Higher education in computer science, computer science or a comparable technical field
Practical experience with Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Copilot and Power Platform
Good knowledge of Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, LLMs and prompt engineering
Experience in developing AI agents, automations, Power Apps and API-based integrations
Understanding of AI governance, security, data protection and compliance as well as strong analytical and conceptual skills
Residence in Switzerland or willingness to relocate or work as a cross-border commuter
