Role:
You are an experienced IT expert looking for a new challenge as a Senior System Engineer M365. In this role, you take responsibility for the design, implementation, and maintenance of Microsoft 365 systems. You ensure system stability and security as well as optimise system performance. With your extensive knowledge and experience as a professional, you make well-founded decisions and develop innovative solutions. You are an important part of a team that relies on your skills and expertise.
Responsibilities:
As a Senior System Engineer M365, you manage Managed Services solutions
You implement and operate IT infrastructures for customers
In this role, you carry out Move, Add and Change services
You take responsibility for IT projects
In this role, you support the sales and presales teams in technical matters
You provide 2nd and 3rd level support
Qualifications:
You have a technical basic education as well as further training in computer science, electrical engineering or similar, with several years of professional experience
You bring solid experience in Microsoft 365 and workplace environments
You hold manufacturer certifications at the Microsoft Certified Expert level
You have knowledge of ITIL processes
You are highly motivated and customer- and service-oriented
You speak good German and English
