AI Solutions Engineer (m/f/d)

Together with business stakeholders, you identify and prioritise AI use cases with high added value
You develop AI products end-to-end from the initial idea to production deployment
You design and implement data pipelines, RAG systems, and retrieval solutions for productive enterprise use
You operate and optimise open source models and perform fine tuning for specific use cases as needed
In close collaboration with technology teams, you ensure security, compliance, monitoring, and maintainability
Qualifications:
Solid experience in developing and implementing AI/ML solutions as well as modern LLM technologies
Good knowledge of RAG, retrieval systems, data pipelines, and AI reasoning workflows
Experience with open-source and vendor AI platforms and their integration into existing environments
Fluent written and spoken German
