Reinforcements wanted: we are looking for construction managers on behalf of our client in the Bern region

Whether you already have several years of experience in construction management or are seeking the next step in your professional development: here you have the opportunity to independently oversee diverse construction projects and develop both professionally and personally.

Your tasks

• Independent management and coordination of construction projects from execution preparation to handover
• Control and monitoring of schedules, costs and quality
• Coordination of specialist planners, contractors, suppliers and other project participants
• Participation in tenders, awards and contracts for work
• Organisation and control of construction site processes
• Professional support of clients and buyers
• Accompaniment of inspections, defect rectifications and warranty work

What you bring

Both experienced construction managers and junior profiles are welcome.

• You have a technical construction background
• You enjoy coordinating projects and people
• You work in a structured, solution-oriented and independent manner
• You keep an overview even when several issues arise simultaneously on the construction site
