What to expect
- In this exciting role, you accompany our Key Account and Account Managers in sales discussions and take responsibility for sound technical and strategic advice on an equal footing for partners, integrators, and end customers – both remotely and on-site
- Conduct feasibility checks, create complex offers, and ensure their quality – with direct influence on conversion rate, technical solution quality, and joint success in project business
- You actively maintain relationships with the sales teams of our manufacturers and technology partners in the robotics ecosystem, identify innovations, market trends, and end-customer projects early on, and develop business opportunities from them. At the same time, you ensure high data quality and the maintenance of assigned projects in our business tools (CRM, ERP, etc.)
- Through regular further training including relevant certifications, you keep your expertise up to date and apply it enthusiastically in customer marketing campaigns, customer events, partner trainings, and internal training sessions
- Active support in onboarding partner programmes as well as confident handling of relevant manufacturer tools
- Close collaboration with Sales, Commercial, and other departments as well as independent shaping of your area of responsibility within the applicable internal guidelines and competencies
What you bring
- A completed commercial basic education with technical further training or a technical basic education with commercial further training as well as further training in marketing, sales and/or at a higher technical college; supplemented by advanced training in the ICT sector
- 2–3 years of professional experience as well as a good network in the robotics environment and proven experience in robotics, automation, or Industry 4.0 environments
- Several years of experience in account or key account management, in maintaining customer relationships and/or in creating complex offers and contracts; knowledge in sensor technology, actuators, control systems or software integration is an advantage
- Proven professional experience in consulting and implementing end-to-end solutions with a focus on robotics as well as confident and efficient handling of IT infrastructures and common business tools such as CRM and ERP
- Negotiation-level German skills in spoken and written form as well as negotiation-level English; French skills are an advantage
- Confident and professional appearance, strong communication skills and negotiation skills as well as analytical thinking as a basis for a structured and solution-oriented working style even in dynamic project situations
- Passion for technology and innovation, high personal responsibility and self-motivation as well as the ability to work successfully both independently and in a team; willingness to travel up to 60%
