THE EXCITING TASKS AWAITING YOU

· Analyse all processes and structures of the production planning and control departments, as well as

purchasing and logistics of the group for possible optimisations in system usage

(especially SAP S/4 Hana)

· Identify problems, inefficiencies and other disruptions in assigned

areas and resolve them on a strategic and operational level

· Develop and implement solution concepts for the best possible

fulfilment of requirements, especially in the SAP modules

PP, MM and WM (Stock Room Management)

· Customising and continuous optimisation of the supported modules

· Project management and sub-project management, as well as handling assigned work packages

· Documentation of evaluated and implemented processes and tools and handover to the key users

after completion (including training and complete customising documentation)

· Regular communication, training and support of key users from the professionally

supported departments (especially in the SAP modules PP, MM and WM)

across the entire DT Swiss group

· Ensure reporting of schedule, quality, budget and target specifications

for individual projects, sub-projects and work packages to supervisors, clients and management

· Develop meaningful key figures and statistics as decision-making bases

for management (e.g. production evaluations)

THESE QUALITIES CHARACTERISE YOU

· Completed commercial or IT basic training (EFZ level)

· Further education (HF, FH or university) in business informatics or similar

· Several years of experience in a similar position in the SAP environment

· Very good experience with end-to-end supply chain processes and integration

· Very good knowledge of SAP PP and/or MM, WM

· Extensive knowledge in SAP architecture and customising (PP and/or MM, WM)

· Strong analytical skills and a pronounced understanding of statistics (BI) and digitalisation topics

· Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written (minimum level B2)

· Good knowledge of project and process management, as well as requirements analysis

· Willingness to travel up to 10%
