We are looking for an analytical, proactive and implementation-strong personality for the position of
Specialist Digitalisation and Process Automation (m/f/d) 60–100 %
Your Responsibilities
- Analysing existing processes, structures and systems with regard to digitalisation potential; identifying, prioritising and driving initiatives with the specialist departments
- Developing proposals for the digital further development of processes, interfaces, workflows and internal standards
- Coordinating collaboration between specialist departments, ICT, external partners and other stakeholders in digitalisation and automation projects
- Integrating internal and external systems, applications and data sources via APIs, webhooks and other suitable interfaces; ensuring stable, secure and maintainable process and data flows
- Recording and structuring requirements from the specialist departments and translating them into clear process logics and technical implementation concepts
- Monitoring, maintaining and further developing existing automations; analysing sources of errors and implementing corrective and improvement measures
- Designing, creating, testing, introducing and operating workflow and AI-supported automation solutions
- Advising and supporting internal stakeholders as well as explaining technical contexts in an understandable form to non-technical employees
- Creating and maintaining appropriate documentation on processes, automations, interfaces, responsibilities and technical procedures
Your Profile
- You have a completed degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable education/training
- You have experience in the digitalisation of business processes
- You have a solid understanding of interfaces (APIs, webhooks, JSON, data structures and system integrations)
- You understand business processes and can translate requirements from specialist departments into clean process logic
- You have basic to good knowledge of JavaScript and/or Python
- You have practical experience with workflow automation (ideally n8n, alternatively Zapier/Make or similar)
- You communicate very well in German – both spoken and written – and can explain complex technical concepts understandably
- You work in a structured, reliable and discreet manner and consistently observe data protection and confidentiality
