To strengthen the HR team of our client - an internationally operating company in the facility sector - we are looking for a committed and experienced HR Business Partner m/f 100%.

Your Tasks

• Advising and supporting managers on all personnel-related issues
• Developing and implementing HR strategies and processes
• Accompanying change processes and organisational development projects
• Recruiting and selecting talents in collaboration with the specialist departments
• Promoting employee development and retention
• Supporting long-term absentees due to illness and accident
• Ensuring compliance with labour law requirements and internal guidelines
• Active participation in ongoing and upcoming HR projects as well as in change processes
• Analysing and optimising HR key figures and processes

Your Profile

• Commercial or business administration basic training with further education in Human Resources with a federal diploma
• Several years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an international environment
• Sound knowledge of Swiss labour law
• Strong communication and consulting skills
• High initiative, assertiveness and ability to work in a team
• Fluent German as mother tongue, good Italian skills and French an advantage
• Confident handling of HR software and MS Office
• A communicative personality who can operate on equal terms with management
