About the job

Your Tasks

Professional nursing/pedagogical treatment and care of patients aged 13-18 years
Planning and support of the inpatient stay during admission, assessment, treatment and discharge phases, including initiating follow-up treatment within the internal ward key worker system
Function-related crisis interventions in psychiatric and somatic emergency situations (24-hour operation)
Close cooperation with relatives
Leading small groups of up to 6 patients (interaction)
Documentation and service recording within nursing/pedagogy

Your Profile

Completed HF/FH training with SBFI recognition and practical experience in youth and family work or psychiatric care
Experience with or interest in supporting young people in acute crisis situations
Interest in developmental and change processes and motivation to actively shape these
High degree of independence and decision-making competence
Willingness for self-reflection and personal development
Resilience and pronounced service orientation
Team player with a positive attitude
