About the job
Your Tasks
- Professional nursing/pedagogical treatment and care of patients aged 13-18 years
- Planning and support of the inpatient stay during admission, assessment, treatment and discharge phases, including initiating follow-up treatment within the internal ward key worker system
- Function-related crisis interventions in psychiatric and somatic emergency situations (24-hour operation)
- Close cooperation with relatives
- Leading small groups of up to 6 patients (interaction)
- Documentation and service recording within nursing/pedagogy
Your Profile
- Completed HF/FH training with SBFI recognition and practical experience in youth and family work or psychiatric care
- Experience with or interest in supporting young people in acute crisis situations
- Interest in developmental and change processes and motivation to actively shape these
- High degree of independence and decision-making competence
- Willingness for self-reflection and personal development
- Resilience and pronounced service orientation
- Team player with a positive attitude
