(Senior) Systems Engineer – Endpoint Management & Support (m/f/d)

This is one of three independently operating business units of the iwis Group.

As a (Senior) Systems Engineer - Endpoint Management & Support (m/f/d), your tasks are:

• Focus on Microsoft Intune & MECM (SCCM)
• Operation, maintenance, and continuous development of the Windows 11 environment for around 3,000 clients of the iwis Group
• Orchestrating and optimizing Autopilot deployment processes for a seamless "out-of-the-box" experience
• Planning, packaging, and global distribution of software, security updates, BIOS, and driver packages
• Reducing manual efforts by using scripting languages (primarily PowerShell) and modern automation tools
• Implementing hardening policies in close coordination with the IT security team and continuously developing security standards
• Support within ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change) and resolving complex hardware and software requests via the ticket system at 2nd & 3rd level
• Interface to teams such as Infrastructure Solutions and Modern Workplace as well as sustainable documentation of your solutions in our knowledge database

You bring with you:

• Completed studies in (business) informatics, training as an IT specialist, or comparable qualification with solid professional experience
• Several years of practical experience in the administration of endpoint management systems (MECM/SCCM)
• Confident handling of Microsoft Intune (MDM & MAM), ideally with experience in migration projects from on-premise to the cloud
• In-depth knowledge of Windows Autopilot, modern patch management (e.g., PatchMyPC), and creating BIOS and driver packages
• Initial experience with PowerShell automation
• Knowledge of security baselines and hardening policies, experience with SentinelOne, and know-how in the Microsoft world (Entra ID, Active Directory, M365)
• Teamwork, service-oriented action & thinking
• Fluent German and good English skills
• Willingness to travel within Germany
