Trade Union Secretary 80-100% Tertiary / Care

Your impact
With dynamism and persuasiveness, you will work together with employees from care homes in Eastern Switzerland to improve working conditions. Your exciting tasks include addressing employees and translating their concerns into a collective movement to build trade union structures within the company and industry. In doing so, you support them in organising themselves, effectively representing their own interests, and enforcing them through creative campaigns. This also includes recruiting members.

Your profile

• Completed vocational training EFZ or at least equivalent
• Professional experience in care, retail, or gastronomy is an advantage
• Driving licence category B
• Able to engage in conversation with people from diverse backgrounds
• Committed, resourceful, responsible personality with persuasiveness
• Very good German. Migration language is an advantage
• Identification with trade union goals
