- Ensure monitoring of cultural, social, sporting and civic resources in the canton to continuously enrich the offer proposed.

- Regularly evaluate partnerships and activities developed to propose continuous improvements.
The main required training and skills are:
- Have higher education (HES or university) in social work, sociocultural animation, cultural mediation, community development or management of sociocultural projects.
Having confirmed experience in managing partnership projects and networking, in the field of sociocultural animation and in an institutional health context, ideally in mental health, is an asset.
Know the associative, cultural and institutional fabric of Neuchâtel or have the ability to develop it quickly.
Have a strong interest in issues of recovery in mental health, social inclusion and citizen participation.
Know the methodological approach aimed at organising a project from start to finish.
Be able to interact with people presenting psychiatric disorders.

We offer you:
- The opportunity to actively contribute to the evolution of the patient experience.
- A working environment in close collaboration with care teams.
- The possibility to develop your professional skills within a recognised cantonal institution.
- Working conditions governed by the CCT Santé 21 and attractive social benefits.
