About the job
For our client, an established Swiss large enterprise, we are looking for an engaged individual as a system technician to start immediately or by arrangement.
In this role, you will take responsibility for the stable operation and further development of the Microsoft Exchange and M365 environment and work in an agile, self-organised IT team.
- Administration and further development of the M365 environment with a focus on Exchange, Entra ID, Teams, Outlook and SharePoint Online
- Analysis and optimisation of mail flow, SMTP relays and connectors
- Advising internal stakeholders as well as developing technical solution and architecture concepts
- Participation in agile projects and taking on professional responsibility
- Automation and further development of operational processes with PowerShell
- Collaboration in security and impact analyses
- Several years of experience with Exchange and Microsoft 365
- Very good knowledge of Exchange, Active Directory/Entra ID, Teams, Outlook and SharePoint Online
- Experience in technical consulting, solution design and translating business requirements into technical solutions
- Good PowerShell skills and enthusiasm for automation
- Customer-oriented, communicative and independent working style
- Very good German language skills

Profile
- Education in computer science (EFZ) with a university of applied sciences degree or equivalent qualification- Several years of experience with Exchange and Microsoft 365
- Very good knowledge of Exchange, Active Directory/Entra ID, Teams, Outlook and SharePoint Online

- Good PowerShell skills and enthusiasm for automation
