Production Support (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Responsibility for creating concrete cleaning deployment concepts for our customers
• Co-responsibility for optimal preparation for new customer mandates in the operational area
• Creation of operational documentation for service changes as well as preparation of additional orders for execution and billing
• Contact person for open questions between our internal interfaces Business Development, Calculation, Customers and operational staff, as well as ensuring smooth implementation of site inspections
• Transfer of contract changes between us and the customer and preparation of additional orders for execution and billing
• Provision of complete, current and timely work documents for our operational staff at the customer site as well as data preparation for the deployed systems
• Active support of start-up phases for new customer mandates and ensuring the handover of work documents and aids to employees and managers
• Active development and improvement as well as training of digital processes, together with the responsible specialist departments

Your Profile

• Commercial basic training with further education in Facility Management is an advantage
• Professional experience in a similar role is an advantage as well as industry experience
• Proficient use of MS Office, as well as Abacus and Planon
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, additional language skills are an advantage
• High personal responsibility as well as precise and clean working style
• Flexible, team-oriented and reliable personality with a service-oriented working style
• Interest in some travel activity between branches in the Mittelland / Northwestern Switzerland region
