To complement our HR team, we are looking for an immediate or agreed start date for a

HR Administrator (60-80%)

You will be bursting with enthusiasm here:

• Independent management of the entire personnel administration from entry to exit, including employment contracts, permits, social insurances, references, etc.
• Active participation in the monthly payroll processing using the SwissSalary payroll software
• Independent coordination and support of recruitments including applicant management
• Competent contact person for employees, managers, authorities, and social insurances
• Support with HR evaluations, statistics, and optimisation of existing HR processes

This is what you have in your portfolio:

• Commercial basic training with further education in human resources
• Practical experience in HR administration and recruitment, preferably in an SME environment
• Open-minded, service-oriented, discreet, and communicative personality with a joy in dealing with people
• Independent, structured, efficient, and careful working style with a high degree of personal responsibility
• Digital affinity and confident German, French skills are an advantage
