Field Sales Representative 100% in the Bern Region WEBSTAR, headquartered in Zurich, optimises and accelerates the flow of goods. With diverse assortments, we are at the pulse of the markets – through intelligent logistics and independent advice, we support our customers. Around 25,000 items are available from our warehouses in Dielsdorf and Effretikon. We supply our B2B customers with products from the areas of hygiene and consumables, medical and care products, kiosk and shop items as well as fun food services. As a successful and agile family business in its 5th generation, our core competencies are customer proximity and flexibility. We have been brisk and friendly for 150 years. Together with team spirit and independence, this leads to healthy growth. The WEBSTAR Group today employs around 400 staff at various locations in Switzerland. To succeed a long-standing employee due to retirement, we are looking for a communicative and independent personality as a Field Sales Representative in the Bern region from 1 September 2026 or by arrangement. Your tasks
- Personal advice and support of assigned customers on site
- Proactive sale of consumables in the hygiene and medical sector to customer groups
public sector, facility management, hotel/restaurant industry, resellers as well as housekeeping of retirement and nursing homes - Acquisition of new customers through systematic market development and analysis of the sales area
- Price/condition negotiations, creating and processing offers
- Budget responsibility as well as customer analyses
- Processing customer enquiries and providing technical support
- Maintaining customer data and reporting customer visits
- Sales talent with successful experience in consumables and hygiene materials and in field sales
- Commitment, motivation and a convincing manner
- Valid driving licence category B
- Proficient in handling technical aids
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written, are essential
- User knowledge of common software products
