ICT Technician

Tasks

Planning, ordering, commissioning and maintenance of the entire IT infrastructure in the areas of WAN, LAN, WLAN, VoIP, UKV, IT rack, UPS, mobile, PC, printers as well as POS hardware (cash registers, EFT, scales, etc.) in administration, logistics, production and sales outlets
Technical responsibility, planning and implementation in the IT sub-area for new construction and renovation projects
Analysis, prioritisation and updating of received IT fault reports as well as on-site support and repair of IT problems, and forwarding of unsolvable issues via tickets to the responsible specialist departments
Comprehensive recording and maintenance of the entire IT inventory, including management of mobile subscriptions
Participation in migration and rollout projects in administration, logistics, production and sales outlets

Building IT specialist EFZ, telematics technician EFZ or electrician EFZ with strong IT affinity
Sound knowledge of current hardware, Windows 11 and M365 as well as experience in LAN, WAN, UKV, VoIP, mobile etc.
Fluent German, as well as good oral and written skills in a second national language
Willingness to work on-call duty (7x24 hours - approx. 6 weeks per year) and at off-peak times
Driving licence category B
