At our Niederwangen, BE location, we are looking for a Group Director Human Resources (a) – 100%.

As a member of the Group Management, you will take on a key role in an internationally active industrial group with eight locations. You will further develop Human Resources as a strategic business partner, strengthen leaders, promote talents, and consistently drive the digitalisation of the HR landscape. In doing so, you will be a sparring partner for the CEO as well as the Group Executive Board and create sustainable added value with clear key figures and pragmatic solutions.

Your Focus Areas

• Further development of the global HR strategy, HR organisation, and uniform standards
• Strategic advice to the CEO, Group Executive Board, and Board of Directors
• Support of international transformation and restructuring programmes
• Leadership of the central HR function as well as professional management of the local Head HR
• Executive recruiting, talent management, succession planning, and leadership development
• Responsibility for HR controlling, KPI reporting, HR budget, as well as compensation & benefits
• Management of international HR, digitalisation, and organisational development projects
• Further development of employer attractiveness and a performance-oriented corporate culture

What You Bring

• University degree with a focus on HR, business administration, or business law
• Several years of leadership experience in an international industrial or manufacturing company
• Experience in transformation, restructuring, or organisational development
• Experience in managing decentralised HR organisations
• Sound knowledge in HR controlling and KPI systems
• Digital affinity, entrepreneurial thinking, and convincing communication skills
• Fluent German and English
