To strengthen our Technical Training team, we are creating an additional position as Technical Trainer 100%. Together with another Technical Trainer, you will be the central contact person for Technical Training in Switzerland and ensure that our participants are always up to date with the latest vehicle technology. What you can be proud of:

• Planning, organising and conducting technical training for employees of our workshops and customers
• Building and further developing the training organisation in Switzerland
• Creating and maintaining rolling training schedules
• Close cooperation with the international Technical Training teams, especially in our neighbouring countries and Sweden
• Support and administration of the Volvo training system "Navigator"
• Creation and further development of technical training documents and training materials
• Responsibility for the training rooms and the required training infrastructure

Your backpack:

• Completed basic technical training in the automotive sector as well as further training at least at the level of automotive diagnostician for commercial vehicles or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in a workshop or technical environment
• Didactic skills and enjoyment in conveying technical knowledge clearly, practically and appropriately for the audience, as well as confident presence in front of groups
• Independent, structured and organised way of working
• Strong communication skills as well as very good German and English skills, French is an advantage
• Good MS Office skills and interest in digital learning platforms
• Willingness to travel within Europe
