Schindler & Scheibling combines timber construction, carpentry, architecture, specialist planning, construction management and
metalworking under one roof. Around 130 employees with very different professions and
backgrounds work together daily on our projects.
As the central HR contact person, you bear overall responsibility for personnel matters and
work closely with management. In doing so, you not only shape day-to-day business but also actively develop our HR and contribute your own ideas.
Your new role
In this versatile role, you accompany our employees and managers throughout the entire
employee lifecycle and are responsible for all HR topics from A to Z:
- Independent management of all personnel matters for around 130 employees
- Advising and supporting management and managers on all personnel issues and accompanying disciplinary cases
- Responsibility for the entire recruitment process from needs assessment to successful onboarding
- Further development and digitalisation of our HR processes and HR tools
- Preparation of employment contracts, contract amendments, work references and regulations
- Ensuring and complying with labour law requirements as well as accompanying GAV-relevant topics
- Contact person for social insurances, authorities and interfaces to payroll accounting
- Support for sickness and accident absences
- Management of working time and holiday matters
- Development and advancement of personnel development, talent management and succession planning
- Collaboration and further development of our apprenticeship system together with the professional profiles
- Further development of our employer branding to strengthen our attractiveness as an employer in cooperation with the marketing team
- Responsibility for employee events and initiatives to promote our corporate culture
- Development and analysis of relevant HR key figures
What you bring
- Completed further training in HR, for example HR specialist with a federal certificate or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience as an HR generalist
- Very good knowledge of Swiss labour law, experience with the GAV timber construction collective agreement is an advantage
- Enjoy building structures, further developing processes and taking responsibility
- An independent, structured, pragmatic and solution-oriented way of working
- An open, humorous and down-to-earth personality with a hands-on mentality
- High social competence as well as a confident manner towards employees and managers
- Discretion, trustworthiness, reliability and a good sense for people and situations
