Professional System Engineer (m/f/d)
Our Rocken partner specialises in holistic IT services - from cloud infrastructures to IT security to customised outsourcing solutions. The company serves business clients with high demands on availability, data protection, and technical expertise. The focus is on scalable, future-proof IT environments perfectly tailored to individual needs. The team works with leading technologies in cybersecurity, server infrastructure, and communication solutions. - Execution of IT infrastructure projects with Microsoft technologies
- Support in IT security projects
- Assistance with the configuration of Fortinet firewalls
- Receipt and processing of fault reports (second level)
- Maintenance and operation of the cloud infrastructure
Qualifications:
- IT training and at least 3 years of experience, ideally with an IT service provider
- Very good knowledge in the areas of Microsoft 365, Windows, Hyper-V
- Good knowledge in the areas of FortiGate firewalls, Remote Desktop Services and PowerShell
- Additional skills advantageous: PRTG, Exchange and Baramundi
- Very good German language skills spoken and written
