About the job

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support the business units in analysing, formalising and optimising their needs, while ensuring the link between users, project teams and technical teams.

You will work on transformation and evolution projects of information systems by contributing to the definition of processes, writing functional requirements and supporting stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Main responsibilities

• Gather, analyse and formalise business needs.
• Facilitate workshops with users and stakeholders.
• Map and optimise business processes.
• Write specifications, functional requirements and user stories.
• Conduct impact analyses and feasibility studies.
• Act as the interface between business units and technical teams.
• Participate in defining solutions and prioritising needs.
• Support testing, acceptance and deployment phases.
• Contribute to change management and adoption of new solutions.
• Produce reporting and project documentation.

Profile sought

• Proven experience in Business Analysis within complex environments.
• Excellent analytical, synthesis and modelling skills.
• Strong skills in facilitating workshops and gathering requirements.
• Good interpersonal skills with business and technical contacts.
• Mastery of functional analysis methods and requirements management.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

Appreciated assets

• Experience in digital transformation or information system evolution projects.
• Mastery of Agile, Scrum or hybrid approaches.
• Knowledge of process modelling tools and Business Analysis methodologies.
• IIBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA certification or equivalent.
