Your challenge

• You ensure the stable and secure operation of modern ICT infrastructure services in the areas of virtualisation, network, storage, backup, and firewall.
• As a competent point of contact in 2nd level support, you analyse and resolve faults efficiently and purposefully.
• You identify optimisation potential in existing processes and implement smart automation solutions.
• You make your knowledge accessible to the team through precise documentation and comprehensible procedures.
• In varied projects, you actively contribute and take the lead in smaller undertakings.
• Your willingness to participate in on-call duty ensures operational and failure safety even outside office hours.

Your qualities and talents

• A completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist EFZ with a focus on system technology or a higher technical qualification.
• Several years of experience (+ 5 years) in operating complex IT infrastructures.
• Know-how and ideally certification experience around ISO 27001 or VDSZ.
• An agile mindset and knowledge of methods such as Scrum, SAFe, or DevOps.
• You speak fluent German and have solid English skills in a technical context.
• Driving licence category B – in case you need to be out and about.
