We are looking for you – as a team player in the residential area
Social Pedagogue 60 - 90%
- You accompany adults with complex support needs in everyday life and ensure participation-oriented, pedagogical, and medical support.
- You take on the participation management and coordinate interdisciplinary collaboration – always with regard to the bio-psychosocial needs of the residents.
- You work closely in a team and contribute to a respectful, constructive culture.
- Completed training as a Social Pedagogue HF/FH
- Practical trainer or willingness to undertake further training
- You see supporting people with challenging behaviours as an enrichment.
- Committed, empathetic, humorous, and communicative
- Team-oriented and happy to work interdisciplinarily
- Digitally fit and modern
