To strengthen our team, we are looking for immediately or by arrangement committed individuals who like to take responsibility and are willing to work in a 24/7 shift system.
What to expect from us

Among other things, you will take on the following tasks:
- You clarify questions about credit cards, transactions, invoices, limits and other services.
- You assist customers in case of card loss or theft and initiate the necessary card blocks.
- You process suspicious card activities and thus make an important contribution to fraud prevention.
- You check and update customer data and perform other administrative tasks.
- You ensure competent, friendly and solution-oriented support at every customer contact.
What distinguishes you
For this position, we are looking for a person who enjoys communicating, works reliably and is well organised even with changing working hours.
Ideally, you bring the following:
- German at C1/C2 level as well as very good French skills
- Willingness for early, late and night shifts as well as work on weekends and public holidays
- Enjoyment in customer contact and a strong service orientation
- Patience and confidence in dealing with different customer situations
- Good PC user skills and the ability to quickly familiarise yourself with new programmes
- Sense of responsibility and careful working style
- A clean central criminal record and debt collection extract, as this is required due to the demands in the banking environment
Your benefits
We want you to feel well taken care of from the start and to be able to work successfully in the long term.
For this, we offer you:
- Additional remuneration: Attractive allowances for night, weekend and public holiday work
- Paid training: A thorough introduction and professional training to prepare you for your new role
- Modern workplace: Contemporary working conditions at a location with very good public transport connections
- Diverse team: An international and collegial environment where different languages and cultures meet
- Open collaboration: A working culture where mutual exchange, support and constructive feedback are important
Become part of our team
If you are looking for a varied role, like to take responsibility and want to use your German and French skills daily, we look forward to getting to know you.
