We offer the following open position - Insurance advisor in field service / Mandate Manager 100% for the whole of Switzerland. In the role of Mandate Manager Insurance, you will look after your clients in all insurance matters. Together with your team colleagues, you ensure a professional and successful service for private and business customers.

Your area of responsibility

• Acquisition of new customers
• Preparation of tender offers to our partner companies
• Development of comparisons of various insurance offers
• Controlling and support in claims cases
• Customer advice and support in all insurance matters

Your profile

• You enjoy working with direct customer contact
• Initiative and willingness to take responsibility
• Basic/advanced training with an insurer
• Brave to gain experience as a customer advisor in the insurance sector
• Possibly a federal specialist qualification in insurance or similar diplomas
• Certified insurance intermediary VBV
• Very good manners
