We are looking for a committed and independent personality as of 1 February 2027 for the position of:

HR Specialist 80 - 100%

Your tasks

• Independent processing of monthly salaries as well as handling social insurances
• Personnel administration throughout the entire HR life cycle; processing entries, changes, exits, and work references
• Absence and case management in cases of illness and accident in cooperation with the insurances
• Support in recruitment; contact person for employees and managers regarding HR matters
• From autumn 2027; professional responsibility for the HR area
• Collaboration and further development of HR processes and regulations

Your profile

• HR specialist with a federal diploma or HR assistant with many years of experience
• Sound knowledge in payroll processing and social insurances
• Several years of experience in HR, ideally in healthcare
• Independent and structured way of working
• Enjoyment of responsibility and willingness to actively shape the HR area
