Regional Manager CAR in Field Sales (m/f)

Region Zurich (East) / Zurich Oberland / Schaffhausen

to succeed the long-standing incumbent.

Responsibilities:

• Active acquisition of new customers in the sales territory
• Sustainable maintenance and development of existing customer relationships through regular visits
• Consultation and support in selecting the right engine oils and complementary products
• Conducting product presentations and training on site
• Market observation and identification of new business opportunities
• Close collaboration with the sales team to exceed sales targets and generate revenue growth

Requirements:

• Completed technical or technical-commercial training, ideally with a focus on the automotive industry or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in B2B sales, preferably in the area of cleaning / lubricating products
• Strong communication skills and persuasiveness
• Affinity for MS Office / CRM programmes
• Independent proactive working style and high customer orientation
• Skilled in juggling numbers, analysing and interpreting
• Willingness to travel within the sales area
• Driving licence class B
