About the job

The following tasks await you:

• Support and advice for managers and employees on all personnel-related matters
• Responsibility for the entire HR life cycle from entry to exit
• Support for line managers in labour law and organisational issues
• Responsibility for the recruitment process including job postings, applicant management and active sourcing
• Responsibility for timely and accurate payroll processing including social security, withholding tax and annual financial statements (Dynamics 365 Business Central: SwissSalary)
• Handling of accident, illness and family allowance cases
• Maintenance of personnel data and ensuring a smooth HR administration process
• Monitoring of working hours and absences using the time tracking system (Timeshepherd)

Your individuality combined with the following skills makes you our new team member:

• Commercial basic training & further education in HR, at least HR assistant or personnel assistant
• Several years of professional experience in HR is an advantage
• Sound knowledge of payroll and social security as well as good labour law knowledge
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• High discretion and responsible handling of confidential information
• Open, communicative and service-oriented personality
• Flawless German and Swiss German skills, spoken and written
• Good French and Italian skills are a great advantage
