Within the SNSF's Long-Term Research division, you will lead high-impact strategic projects and contribute to the evolution of open science practices. Thanks to your scientific, analytical, and collaborative expertise, you will build bridges between strategy, data, and concrete implementation in service of the research community.

In this role, you play a key part in managing cross-cutting projects and analysing research:

• You will notably lead the ROOM4FAIR project to promote FAIR, secure, and sustainable management of research results and products

• You will facilitate working groups composed of internal and external experts and ensure progress of the work

• You will develop and implement measures to integrate open science principles into SNSF processes

• You will collaborate closely with various units of the Secretariat, members of the Research Council, as well as partners in the Swiss research system

• You will prepare, analyse, and visualise data related to funding instruments, primarily using R

• You will contribute to impact analyses and translate results into recommendations useful for strategic management

You wish to put your scientific expertise and collaborative spirit at the service of a public interest mission:

• You hold a university degree and have proven experience in research

• You possess a solid scientific background and a strong interest in interdisciplinary topics

• You are well acquainted with the Swiss research landscape as well as the challenges related to open science and research data

• You have successfully led complex projects involving multiple stakeholders

• You have strong analytical skills and know how to translate strategic directions into concrete actions

• You master data analysis methods and use R with ease

• You are comfortable with communication, workshop facilitation, discussion moderation, and negotiation

• You are fluent in French or German, have a very good knowledge of the other language, and communicate confidently in English
