Job description:

• Conducting end-to-end analyses of processes, data flows, systems, and responsibilities in the context of customer, contract, and product management
• Analysing, documenting, prioritising, and optimising requirements, dependencies, and interfaces
• Identifying optimisation potential in the areas of data storage, customer master data, system integration, and process automation
• Modelling and defining end-to-end processes as well as deriving operational impacts and necessary adjustments
• Creating business cases, effort estimates, risk analyses, and decision bases
• Preparing professional management presentations and moderating workshops
• Close collaboration with business, IT, sales, data management, and agile project teams
• Supporting the implementation of sustainable solutions with a focus on complexity reduction, automation, and flexibility

About the customer:

In this role, you are part of a strategic master data initiative and analyse complex processes, data flows, systems, and responsibilities along the entire process and data chain. You work closely with business units, IT, sales, and management and help develop sustainable solutions to optimise processes, data storage, and system landscapes.

Framework conditions:

• Start: 01.10.2026 or by arrangement
• Duration: Until 31.12.2027, with option for extension
• Workload: 100%
• Location: Zurich, hybrid
• Contract type: Personnel leasing / payrolling via Swisslinx

Requirements:

• Several years of experience as a Business Analyst, Requirements Engineer, Process Analyst, or Data Analyst
• Very good experience in the banking environment or a comparable regulated industry
• Solid understanding of customer master data, contract management, product management, CRM, client data, or master data management
• Strong end-to-end understanding of processes, data flows, interfaces, and system landscapes
• Experience in analysing, modelling, documenting, and optimising processes and data flows
• Knowledge of modelling methods such as BPMN, UML or comparable techniques
• High technical affinity, especially in the areas of data storage, data management, system integration, and process optimisation
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Very good communication skills as well as experience in preparing complex content for management and stakeholders
• Experience in agile, interdisciplinary project environments
• German C2 or near-native, English skills advantageous
• Knowledge of current trends in data management, process optimisation, or AI tools is a plus
