What you bring:

• Completed vocational training in the automotive industry
• Professional experience as a customer service advisor is an advantage
• Brand knowledge in Škoda, Nissan or Volvo desirable
• Strong customer and service orientation as well as a professional appearance
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
• High commitment, flexibility and team spirit
• Sales flair and entrepreneurial thinking

Your tasks are:

• Competent personal and telephone advice and support of our customers
• Coordination and accompaniment of workshop orders from acceptance to vehicle handover
• Preparation of quotations, repair orders and invoices
• Processing and handling of warranty claims
• Ensuring a high service quality and compliance with our quality standards
• Active sale of services and additional offers
• Support in the implementation of marketing and sales activities
